CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Manasi Pophale
History Speak founder and creative director Manasi Pophale trained in Exhibition Design from the National Institute of Design Ahmedabad, India. She moved to London in 2012 to pursue her Masters in Narrative Environments from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
She started History Speak as a university project in response to the dissonance in collective memory she experienced as an international student in Britain.
Manasi delivers the walking tours and is involved in all projects on behalf of History Speak.
HOW WE WORK
We adopt a participatory and transdisciplinary approach to projects, working with collaborators and clients to develop workshops and activities that are meaningful, engaging and have lasting impact.
Our network is made up of creative practitioners in the UK with shared values about the social purpose of our work. We come together on projects to bring fresh perspectives and new ways of thinking.
